Science has never been so delicious! In this tasty summer STEM class, kids will harness the power of the sun to build their very own solar ovens—then put them to the ultimate test: melting gooey, chocolatey s’mores!

We’ll learn how sunlight turns into heat, explore how insulation and reflection help things cook, and then set up our ovens to soak in those rays. While the s’mores get nice and melty, kids can make predictions, compare designs, and (of course) snack on the results.

It’s hands-on, hunger-powered science with a sweet reward at the end.
